Welcome to the ProgressiveCoder Publication
The journey begins...
Though ProgressiveCoder has been running since 2018 and though many of you have subscribed to it from the very first year, you may have received very few newsletters. That was because of my busy schedule and lack of time. Moreover, sending newsletters via the old setup was extremely cumbersome. Of course, I don’t mean it as an excuse and I sincerely apologise for not being regular in that regard.
However, all of that is set to change now!
ProgressiveCoder has another home now on Substack (A New Model for Publishing Content on the Internet). Substack makes it very easy for me to send great content to you directly without worrying about any intermediaries imposing email sending limits and managing multiple templates. With Substack, I can focus on the most important thing - creating great content for the subscribers of ProgressiveCoder.
In a week or so, you will start receiving regular posts filled with useful knowledge. There will be a post schedule for every week and I will be communicating the schedule for the week in advance so that you will know when to expect the post.
On a broad level, I plan to cover the below topics in this publication:
Knowledge posts on Software Architecture and Microservices Design Patterns
Tutorial posts on a particular programming language or framework (web development, backend development, DevOps, cloud computing etc.)
Knowledge posts on Computer Science topics
Posts on general software development advice based on my experience in the industry
Important and latest technology news from around the world
Over the coming months, we will also be expanding the scope to cover additional items such as:
Detailed posts on System Design concepts
Data Structure and Algorithms
Step-by-Step Guides on building Production-Type applications with usable code.
Mini E-Books on Various Tools and Frameworks
Video Tutorials
A lot of all this will evolve with your inputs and suggestions as we go along. A major part of the content in this publication will be absolutely FREE forever. Of course, topics that demand a lot more resources and work from my side will be placed in a Paid category. This is mainly for sustaining the publication and continue creating good content. Opting for such content will be completely optional.
Ultimately, my hope is that ProgressiveCoder will become your one-stop place for all software development and programming needs. Together with your support, my aim is to build a community where software developers (old and new) can help each other grow in our professional careers.
Over the years, it is your support that has brought ProgressiveCoder to this point. And your continued support will take it to the next level where it can become a truly useful part of your professional journey.
With this, I will like to welcome you on-board the ProgressiveCoder Publication. I would also request you to share the link to the publication with others in your network who may be interested in joining.
In some time, you will receive the first real content post in your inbox to kickstart this amazing journey.

Great promise! I hope you resolve it! ))
